ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 days to let you
know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2 days using: Evri or Yodel. Delivery standard is 2 - 5 days. 
We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at helioscreations.team@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
